ATLANTIC OCEAN (Dec. 9, 2019) Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) 2nd Class Regine Garcia, from Olongapo City, Philippines, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) air department, prepares to attach the aircraft crash and salvage crane, known as "Tilly," to a F/A-18 Hornet training shell during a general quarters training evolution on the ship's flight deck.
