    Capt. Jose Rivera, 23d Operations Support Squadron Airfield Operations Flight commander, rappels from a radio tower Nov. 25, 2019, at Moody Air Force Base, Ga. Airmen assigned to the 23d OSS are required to meet climbing certification standards every year.
