Edwin Aristilzabal, a food service specialist assigned to Headquarters and Headquarters Squadron, Marine Corps Air Station (MCAS) Cherry Point, the first-place trophy at a Chef of the Quarter event at MCAS Cherry Point, North Carolina, Dec. 13, 2019. Aristilzabal, a New Jersey native, prepared an Italian meal for the judges and managed to take first-place. Aristilzabal will be moving on to compete at the 2020 Chef of the Year.
