Maj. Gen. J.P. McGee, the Director of the Army Talent Management Task Force, conducts a talent management leader professional development session and speaks to a group of senior officers and command sergeants major assigned to 1st Armored Division and local units at Fort Bliss, Texas, December 16. McGee discussed and emphasized the Battalion Commander Assessment Program, a new initiative which incorporates a series of cognitive, psychological and physical tests in order to determine those officers best fit for a battalion command position, as one of the many directives being developed in order to evolve and enhance Army talent.
