SOUTH CHINA SEA (Dec. 13) Boatswain’s Mate 2nd Class Dallas Collins, from Anna Maria, Fla., escorts a detainee to Ensign Alex Stephenson aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS McCampbell (DDG 85) during a visit, board, search and seizure drill. McCampbell is underway conducting operations in the Indo-Pacific region while assigned to Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the U.S. 7th Fleet’s principal surface force.
