191212-N-PE825-0094: TANGIER, Morocco (Dec. 12, 2019) – Steelworker 1st Class Harry Persadsingh, a Seabee assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, guides a dump truck during an off-load of the Spearhead-class expeditionary fast transport USNS Yuma (T-EPF 8) in Tangier, Morocco. NMCB-11 is currently forward deployed to Rota, Spain in support of Commander, Task Force (CTF) 68, to provide expeditionary construction and engineering capabilities, humanitarian assistance, disaster response, and exercise related construction for the 6th Fleet area of operations.
