Col. Dirk Kloss, outgoing commander of the Recruiting and Retention Command (RRC), addresses the Soldiers of the RRC on Sept. 19, during the Change of Command Ceremony and thanked them for their outstanding performance in fiscal year 2007 and all the hard work they did while he served as their commander. Col. Kloss is leaving the RRC and Maj. Jacob Kulzer is becoming the new commander.
