O’Shaughnessy, United States Northern Command commander and Dr. Will Roper, Assistant Secretary of the Air Force for Acquisition, Technology and Logistics, talk among each other during a demonstration on the capabilities of the Advanced Battle Management System (ABMS), at Eglin Air Force Base, Fla., Dec. 18, 2019.
