U.S. Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Zachary Carpenter, bulk fuel specialist, Marine Wing Support Squadron (MWSS) 171, shakes a bottle of fuel during an Expeditionary Mobile Fuel Additization Capability (EMFAC) exercise, MCBH, Dec. 18, 2019. The EMFAC was developed to supplement the supply provided by Defense Logistics Agency Energy, the primary agency responsible for providing the Marine Corps with additized fuel.
