A Marine Raider with Marine Forces Special Operations Command conducts high-value target detainment and evacuation operations during a multipurpose canine handler training course hosted by 1st Marine Raider Battalion on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, Dec. 19, 2019. The handlers learned to conduct raids, helicopter insertions and advanced veterinary care during the course.
