191205-N-MD802-2175 GULF OF OMAN (Dec. 5, 2019) Sailors conduct a foreign object debris walkdown of the flight deck on the guided-missile destroyer USS Farragut (DDG 99). Farragut is part of the Lincoln Carrier Strike Group and is operating in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations in support of naval operations to ensure maritime stability and security in the Central Region, connecting the Mediterranean and the Pacific through the Western Indian Ocean and three strategic choke points.
