Simeona and Rogelio Santiago unveil a portrait of their son, Mess Management Specialist 3rd Class Ronchester Santiago, during a ribbon cutting and dedication ceremony for the new MS3 Ronchester Santiago Fitness Center at Naval Air Staion Kingsville, Texas. The center is named for Santiago, a Kingsville, Texas, native who lost his life when the guided-missile destroyer USS Cole (DDG 67) was attacked by terrorists in Aden Harbor, Yemen, on Oct. 12, 2000.
