The Army delivered the first OH-58D Kiowa Warrior to be upgraded under the Wartime Replacement Aircraft program in a roll-out ceremony at Corpus Christi Army Depot June 7. The aircraft is the first OH-58D upgraded from "A" to "D" that replenishes the fleet. Standing in front of the aircraft are (from left to right): Jim Shultz, OH-58 program manager from Bell; Lt. Col.
