(April 11, 2019) A pair of Connecticut Air National Guard Blackhawk helicopters take off from the 1109th Theater Aviation Sustainment Maintenance Group (TASMG) carrying members of the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut (the Chamber). Members of the Chamber were invited to visit the bases of the U.S. Navy, Coast Guard, Air and Army National Guard to learn about the bases’ missions and the economic importance of the military in their part of the state.
