Keynote speaker Dr. Rebecca Johnson, associate professor of National Security Affairs at Marine Corps University on Marine Corps Base Quantico, Va., discusses issues of military leadership ethics with students, law enforcement officials, Marine Corps officer and senior enlisted leadership, and educators at the Marine Corps Leadership Seminar at Cleveland State University, Cleveland, June 12, 2012 during Marine Week Cleveland, which runs from June 11-17. From the Levin College of Urban Affairs at CSU were panelists Prof. Alan Weinstein, attorney and associate professor and director of the Law Program, and Dr. William Bowen, professor and director of the Ph.D. Program in Urban Studies and Public Affairs. The seminar's core themes were issues of diversity among Marine Corps leadership, and the ethical struggles faced by military leaders in current conflicts.
