Damion Minchaca, an Army critical care flight paramedic with Detachment 2, Golf Company, 2nd General Support Aviation Battalion, 104th Regiment, scans the horizon from a 1st Battalion, 207th Aviation Regiment, UH-60 Black Hawk helicopter, while responding to a simulated medical evacuation on Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson, Alaska, Feb. 20, 2019.
