Cmdr. Peter Mirisola, commanding officer of the Oliver Hazard Perry-class guided-missile frigate USS Underwood (FFG 36), and Cmdr. Michael Brasseur, the executive officer, render honors and present a wreath at the Dissident Cemetery in Valparaiso, Chile, during a visit to the burial site of 58 U.S. sailors killed during the War of 1812.
