A tactical boat crew aboard 29-foot Response Boat — SMALL II assigned to the Coast Guard Maritime Safety and Security Team Los Angeles/Long Beach transits across the San Diego harbor while the San Pedro, California-based Coast Guard Cutter Terrell Horne (WPC 1131) is moored during a joint training exercise off the coast of San Diego, Nov. 5, 2019.
