    200102-N-XK887-0024 DIEGO GARCIA, British Indian Ocean Territory (Jan. 2, 2020) Construction Electrician 2nd Class Adrian Solanacastillo, from Havana, Cuba, deployed with Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 5’s Detail Diego Garcia, sweeps excess slurry from a concrete pad in preparation of the erection of a tension fabric structure for the U.S. Air Force. NMCB-5 is deployed across the Indo-Pacific region conducting high quality construction to support U.S. and partner nations to strengthen partnerships, deter aggression, and enable expeditionary logistics and naval power projection.
