    Fort McCoy Garrison Chaplain, Chaplain (Maj.) Robert Rand, and Ethan and Charlotte Nott stand next to the location for a new sign Dec. 20, 2019, next to the Catholic chapel on the cantonment area at Fort McCoy, Wis. The new sign was being placed Dec. 20 for the Fort McCoy Saint Kateri Tekakwitha Military Catholic Community.
