U.S. Marine Brig. Gen. Dan Conley, the commanding general of Marine Corps Installations - West, Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, shakes the hand of Sgt. The top performing NCO and junior Marine assigned throughout MCI-West were awarded for exemplary performance of their duties during the first quarter of fiscal year 2020. The five installations that comprise MCI-West provide the installation and training infrastructure to enable Marine Corps air and ground forces to develop and sustain operational readiness.
