Airmen assigned to Pennsylvania’s Joint Force Headquarters enroll in the commonwealth’s Military Family Education Program (MFEP), Nov. 17, 2019. MFEP is a landmark program established by Governor Tom Wolf to support Pennsylvania National Guard members’ families that allows Guard members to earn higher education benefits for their spouses and children by committing to an additional six years of service. Pennsylvania National Guard members can already qualify for education benefits for themselves at Pennsylvania institutions of higher education under the state’s existing Education Assistance Program (EAP). More than 400 Airmen have enrolled in MFEP since enrollment opened in late 2019. (U.S. Air National Guard photo by Maj. Nicole M. Reigelman/Released)
