After 27 years of service, Master Chief Musician Matt Neff from Holidaysburg, Pa., performs his final concert with the U.S. Navy Band Commodores jazz ensemble at the 42nd International Saxophone Symposium, the Navy Band's largest annual music education outreach initiative. The event draws hundreds of students from across the country to hear the world's most accomplished performers, renowned artists and most tenured instructors in a highly specialized hands-on learning experience, connecting our brightest future talents with the professionalism that is, the United States Navy.
