The 2020 Company Grade Officer of the Year for the state of Ohio is Captain Adam G. Hermanns from the 178th Wing. Airmen from all over Ohio gathered in Columbus on January 11, 2020 for the Outstanding Airman of the Year awards ceremony. The Outstanding Airman of the Year awards are used to recognize members who go above and beyond demonstrating leadership, strong work ethic, and commitment to giving back to their communities.
