Capt. Mark Noteboom, Deputy Base Civil Engineer,105th Civil Engineering Squadron, checks the Reverse Osmosis Water Purification unit (ROWPU). The ROWPU is capable of providing potable water from a variety of raw water sources. Airmen and equipment including the ROWPU from the 105th Airlift Wing were being prepared for a possible deployment to Puerto Rico following the January 7, 2020 Earthquake that displaced citizens in the southwestern sector of Puerto Rico.
