    U.S. Marines with 12th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division conduct a safety check in order to ensure that the special patrol insertion /extraction (SPIE) harness currently worn is secured properly before a helicopter rope suspension techniques (HRST) training event on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, Jan. 14, 2020.
