Robert Winters, executive officer, NAVSUP BSC, and Capt. Douglas M. Bridges Jr., commanding officer, NAVSUP BSC, speak with Michael T. Madden, vice commander, NAVSUP, during an Echelon III visit at NAVSUP BSC in Mechanicsburg, Pa. During the visit, NAVSUP BSC staff provided command briefs, capability demonstrations, and answered questions for Madden. NAVSUP BSC provides the Navy with information systems support through the design, development, and maintenance of systems in the functional areas of logistics, supply chain management, transportation, finance, and accounting.
