Vials of blood from Marines with 2nd Assault Amphibian Battalion, 2nd Marine Division sit ready for testing. The battalion’s medical staff contacted the Naval Hospital Camp Lejeune’s Blood Donor Center and hosted an Armed Services Blood Program blood aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, June 13, to help with the increasing demand for blood donations in the military.
