MQ-9 Reaper aircrew, piloting the Reaper on its way to Aviation Nation at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, coordinate with the Federal Aviation Administration as they transit Nov. 15, 2019. The MQ-9, is a Remotely Piloted Aircraft (RPA), therefore the crew who command and control it are located on the ground and utilize a ground control station (GCS) in order to communicate with the aircraft.
