Commandant of the Marine Corps Gen. James F. Amos speaks to more than 140 children during a conference, part of the Leadership Academy designed to improve leadership skills, held at the Playhouse Idea Center in Cleveland June 14 during Marine Week Cleveland. Marines conducted Leadership Academy events throughout Marine Week for residents aged 10-15 in Cleveland and Brook Park. Students learned what it takes to become a leader while taking daily field trips to view military demonstrations and static displays during Marine Week Cleveland which ends June 17.
