ATLANTIC OCEAN (Jan. 19, 2020) An E/A-18G Growler, assigned to Air Test and Evaluation Squadron (VX) 23, conducts a fly-by over USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) flight deck during flight operations. Ford is currently conducting Aircraft Compatibility Testing to further test its Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch Systems (EMALS) and Advanced Arresting Gear (AAG).
