Marines with Battalion Landing Team, 1st Battalion, 5th Marines, 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit, zero an M203 40 mm grenade launcher at Camp Schwab, Okinawa, Japan, Jan. 7, 2020. Marines trained on a two day Combat Marksmanship range firing M203 grenade launchers, M240B medium machine guns, and MK-19 automatic grenade launchers, in preparation for an upcoming deployment in the Indo-Pacific region. The 31st MEU, the Marine Corps' only continuously forward-deployed MEU, provides a flexible and lethal force ready to perform a wide range of military operations as the premier crisis response force of the Indo-Pacific region.
