GULF OF ADEN (Jan. 4, 2020) An MH-60S Sea Hawk helicopter, attached to Helicopter Sea Combat Squadron (HSC) 11, picks up a supply pallet from the fast combat support ship USNS Supply (T-AOE 6), left, for the aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75), not pictured, while the guided-missile cruiser USS Normandy (CG 60) makes its approach toward Supply for a replenishment-at-sea. The Normandy is part of the Harry S. Truman Carrier Strike Group and is deployed to the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations in support of naval operations to ensure maritime stability and security in the Central Region, connecting the Mediterranean and Pacific through the western Indian Ocean and three strategic choke points.
