A large group of soldiers from the 115th Military Police Company, Rhode Island Army National Guard, participate in a departure ceremony Jan. 18, 2020, at Quonset Air National Guard Base, North Kingstown, R.I. The 115th MP Co. departed on Jan. 20, 2020 as part of a scheduled rotation of deployments overseas. They will conduct routine military police missions in support of Operation Spartan Shield. Remarks were given by Major Gen. Christopher P. Callahan, The Adjutant General, Rhode Island and Lt. Col. Jeffrey Floyd, the 118th Military Police Battalion. Also in attendance were Rhode Island Gov.
