U.S. Marine Corps Col. Raul Lianez, commanding officer, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH), and Congressman Ed Case (Hawaii - District 1), House Appropriations, Subcommittee on Military Construction (Center), cut a ribbon during the Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ), Bldg. 7251, Untying Maile Lei ceremony, MCBH, Jan. 24, 2020. The BEQ provides Marines with berthing that fully incorporates industry advancements since the Second World War, and looks toward meeting the 38th Commandant’s Planning Guidance and the Defense Policy Review Initiative.
