CANTON, Ohio – Army Maj. Anthony Harris, chaplain, 307th Medical Brigade, provides the opening prayer during a wreath-laying ceremony honoring former President William McKinley, Jan. 25, 2020, in Canton, Ohio. During the ceremony at the McKinley Presidential Library and Museum, eight wreaths are placed, each honoring a separate part of his life and service. Wreaths are placed on behalf of Civil War re-enactors, Masons of McKinley Lodge 431, Department of Ohio Army & Navy Union Ladies Auxiliary, Department of Ohio Army & Navy Union, city of Canton, state of Ohio, United States Congress and the President of the United States.
