Maj. Gen. Timothy Hilty, Pennsylvania’s assistant adjutant general, Army, marked his retirement in a ceremony at the Keystone Conference Center here Jan. 24. After a 37-year career in the active duty Army and the Pennsylvania National Guard, Hilty is retiring from the military while remaining a civilian technician. Hilty’s wife and children, other family and friends, Pennsylvania National Guard leadership, and colleagues from throughout his career gathered to celebrate his achievements and life of service to commonwealth and country.
