A Joint Base Charleston C-17 Globemaster III aircraft awaits the loading of U.S. Army Reserve vehicles during exercise Patriot Palm at Kalaeloa Airport, Hawaii, Jan. 27, 2020. The exercise is meant for multiple branches of the military as well as civilian authorities to practice and validate their ability to respond to a disaster, whether natural or man-made.
