A robot is used for reconnaissance to find and clear improvised explosive devices during a training exercise aboard Marine Corps Air Station Miramar, Calif., June 15. Explosive Ordnance Disposal uses remote controlled robots to assist Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting and the Hazardous Material Team with MCAS Miramar based San Diego Fire Department to clear a mock meth-amphetamine lab.
