Tradewinds is a CJCS-approved, USSOUTHCOM-sponsored exercise supporting the Theater Security Cooperation (TSC) plan, and involving security forces from 17 partner nations (PN), primarily from the Caribbean Basin AOR and will also include participants from Canada and the U.S.
