Michael Leiva, facilitator of a static line jump between American ROTC Cadets and The Spanish Airborne Brigade (Brigada Paracaidista-BRIPAC), helps a Spanish soldier board a Spanish Air Force T-21 aircraft. To earn their Parachutist Badge, ROTC Cadets received instructions from Spanish jump masters and Spanish received commands from Americans.
