Staff Sgt. Quentin Hogg, deputy disbursing officer, 18th Financial Management Support Center (FMSC), and 1st Lt. Claritza Aviles Baez, deputy disbursing officer, 469th FMSC, count cash at the vault at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Feb. 4, 2020. Hogg and Aviles Baez did a full inventory in preparation for the 469th FMSC’s assumption of the mission of providing theater-level financial management support for operations throughout the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility from the 18th FMSC later this month.
