Fifteen soldiers, with 4th Kandak, 2nd Brigade, 215th Corps, are going through a three-week course that teaches them how to operate bulldozers, backhoes, road graders and dump trucks. Each student who completes the course will be among the first soldiers in the ANA to receive a license to operate the machinery.
