Commissioner Oriel Ortega, General Director of the Panamanian National Border Service (SENAFRONT), views the Honduran countryside while being transported inside a U.S. Army UH-60 Blackhawk near Soto Cano Air Base, Feb. 10, 2020. Ortega visited JTF-Bravo to learn about mission capabilities and continue discussions started during the task force's participation in several events throughout Panama in 2019, including rotary-lift assistance in the Darien region in support of partner-nation agencies and Exercise Mercury.
