Maj. Amanda Azubuike, a public affairs officer with Third Army/U.S. Army Central finishes the 23rd annual Army ten-miler in Washington, Oct. 7. Third Army was represented this year by 12 individuals, both military and civilian, and was able to place second in the all-comers category. The race this year drew a record 26,000 runers and is the largest 10-mile race in America and second in the world.
