Seifert and Seeker beat out 24 other competitiors in two categories -- NCO and Soldier -- to earn this distinguished title. Seifert represents the National Capitol Region and is an infantryman with Company A, 3rd Battalion, 3rd U.S. Infantry (The Old Guard), stationed at Fort McNair in the District of Columbia. He hails from Farmington, N.Y., and has served in the Army for eight years. Seeker represents U.S. Army Special Operations Command and is stationed Company C, 1st Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, out of Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah, Ga. Seeker hails from Grover, Calif., and has served the Army for 10 years.
