Capt. Sean McManus, Commander of A Co, 1-3rd Attack Reconnaissance Battalion, talks through lessons learned with his pilots after a full day of simulator training on Feb. 7, 2020. The day prior, A Co flew to Hohenfels Training Area to test its ability to defeat the detection and targetting systems of C Bat., 5-4 Air Defense Artillery. In the simulator, the pilots took lessons learned from the live training and made significant improvements to their tactics.
