Col. Tim Fay, 2nd Bomb Wing commander, gets sprayed with water by his wife Kathleen after his 'fini' flight on Barksdale Air Force Base, La., May 9, 2012. The 'fini' flight is an Air Force tradition that can be traced back to the Vietnam War when aircrews celebrated after completing 100 combat missions. Fay has commanded the 2nd BW for nearly two years. He was recently selected for promotion to Brigadier General and will move to his next assignment at the Pentagon following a wing change of command May 14.
