Marines with II Marine Expeditionary Force Forward pull weeds during a Naval Support Activity (NSA) Naples hosted community relations project at Enrico Fermi Scientific High School in Aversa, Italy, Feb. 18, 2020. The Marines supported the event while conducting Maritime Prepositioning Force Exercise 20; a training exercise to improve the ability of the Navy Marine Corps team to deploy, employ, and redeploy a staff capable of commanding and controlling forces in support of operations in Europe. NSA Naples is an operational ashore base that enables U.S., allied, and partner nation forces to be where they are needed, when they are needed to ensure security and stability in Europe, Africa, and southwest Asia.
