Officer Candidate School (OCS) class 08-20 students, at Officer Training Command, Newport (OTCN), Rhode Island, use the maneuvering board to calculate direction and provide movement information to the conning officer, Feb. 19. Navigation training provides necessary skills to safely maneuver ships.
